Vision & Strategy
Defined the strategic vision for Salesforce org of 60+ leaders, strategists, and content creators, aligning with product leadership and business goals.
Secured funding to develop a new external product (In-App Guidance) by successfully presenting vision for in-product content strategy to Salesforce's executive leadership team including co-founder and CTO.
Presented content strategy vision at several industry conferences, including Content Marketing Institute's Intelligent Content Conference.

Product Leadership
Led the Content Experience Engineering team at Salesforce to deliver:
In-App Guidance, a user engagement platform enabling targeted, contextual, personalized content delivery and unlocking significant MAU growth (patent for “Implementing a User Engagement Platform Using a Database System” selected as Patent of the Month in August, 2021)
The Lightning Experience Help Menu, achieving 9x increase in user engagement within one year through enhanced contextual relevance and content search
Recognized for my role as a product leader with the President of Technology’s Team Award.

Cross-Functional Program Leadership
Spearheaded numerous complex cross-functional initiatives and program teams at Salesforce, including a multi-year workgroup to innovate on in-app user engagement frameworks across products.
Launched several change management programs encompassing enablement and communications strategies around major content transformation efforts, including a reimagined content strategy to align with the launch of Lightning Experience at Salesforce, and the shift to incorporate AI into content creator workflows.

Talent Development
Directed a global team of 60+ content strategists, designers, content creators, operations specialists, and people leaders at Salesforce.
Built and scaled a team in India, growing the team's footprint from a single writer to nine writers and a manager within one year.
Provided coaching and mentoring to future leaders, and participated in mentorship programs to work with aspring leaders outside of my own department.
